Room rates are subject to a GroupCONNECT fee of $35.00 per room per night (a reduced rate for guests of the MaTOS room block), plus applicable state and local taxes.

Hotel Policies:

  • Check-In: 4:00 pm

  • Check-Out Times: 11:00 am

  • Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability and hotel approval.
 

Guaranteed Reservations: 
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Cancellation Policy: 
A one (01) night’s room and tax fee will be charged for any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to arrival

Early Departure Fee: 
An early departure fee may only be charged if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure. This fee will be equal to a one (01) night's room and tax.

No-Show Policy: 
There are no refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
