Resort Fee:
The group room rate does not include the resort fee of $40.00 (reduced from $60.00 for group rooms) per room per night. This fee will cover several amenities for up to two guests, including: daily in-room high-speed internet access, access to tennis courts, racquets, and ball machines, putter and wedge rental for use on the practice green at Half Moon Bay Golf Links, fitness center classes at The Colony Club, bicycle rentals, coastal walk experience with a tour guide, a glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage offered at check-in.

Guarantee Policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged one night room and tax.
No Show Policy:
In the case that individuals do not check-in on their reservation date, individual’s credit card will be charged for one (1) evening room and tax and any remaining evenings associated with the reservation will be cancelled.
Parking Information

Mon-Fri Day Rate: $35 per vehicle, per day
Sat-Sun & Holidays Day Rate: $50 per vehicle, per day
Self-parking is available only for guests registered in Guest House accommodations.
